| 3 Star, Superior Tourist Class Modern Hotel
Located in the revitalised southern area of Sydney city, close to Hyde Park and Oxford Street. It is within walking distance from Central Railway Station, theatres and restaurants. Circular Quay, the Rocks and the Opera House are accessible by train via nearby Museum Station or by bus on Elizabeth Street. Chinatown is 3 blocks away and Darling Harbour is 15 minute walk from the hotel.
The rooms are on the small side, but are very well appointed; modern and fresh looking. Open wardrobe, with iron and ironing board, fridge (not stocked, but there are vending machines with soft drinks and snacks). Tea/coffee makers, as well as a microwave in each room. Bathrooms are small but clean and bright, with shower and hair dryer. Both are in excellent condition.
The restaurant is large and is located on the 1st floor. With large windows it overlooks the street as the building is on a corner. Open for breakfast and dinner. There are also many restaurants and cafes in the area, either in Chinatown or along Oxford Street.
The hotel exterior is a modern, high-rise building.
The hotel has a medium sized lobby, modern with large windows, which make the area nice and light.
This is a good location, well priced hotel. Unpretentious, new and bright. Hotel does not provide porterage. |
